Food & Beverage Vendors
The 2020 JamPeg Entertainment Food & Rum Festival is home to an array of multicultural and multi-genre food and beverage sellers.
- Plans include power & running water to a shared sink.
Mobile Food Trucks
During the 2020 JamPeg Entertainment Food & Rum Festival., a number of food truck slots will be available for vendors to occupy. To qualify for vendor status in this category, the supply and/or sale of goods must be from within a fully self-contained unit licensed for street vending.
- No electricity or running water is supplied, therefore must be self-contained in the food truck.
- Space is made available on a first come first served basis.
Retail Vendors
A number of smaller booth for clothing and other Caribbean retail brands, will be available for sale of goods.
- Available electricity.
- Space is made available on a first come first served basis.
You must submit both a Vendor Application and a Temporary Food Services Permit Application.

Insurance Update 2020
The Insurance requirement for all food vendors is as follows:
- The 2020 JamPeg Entertainment Food & Rum Festival will cover a minimum liability insurance covering general booth holders & tent holders

Food Trucks/ Food Carts require:
- CNV Fire Department Approval
- MB, Health Authority “Permit to Operate”. Issued by any Health Authority in MB and confirms the food handling practices meet provincial health standards
- City of Winnipeg Business License**
**The City of Winnipeg Food Truck business license will be issued after the Food Truck owner has provided the all documentation that the vehicle has received certification from the following:
- Fire (from the City of Winnipeg Fire Department)
- Health (from Winnipeg Health or any MB, health authority)
- Certificate of Insurance Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability
VENDOR APPLICATION AND TEMPORARY FOOD PERMIT APPLICATION MUST BE SUBMITTED BY (May 1, 2020).
